Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Pharmacy residency completed (preferred).
• Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide distributive and clinical pharmacy services to ambulatory outpatients.
• Counsel patients and healthcare professionals on drug information.
• Ensure timely and medically appropriate dispensing of medications.
• Prepare hazardous and non-hazardous sterile products per USP 797/800.
• Support remote verification of infusion orders as needed.

Education

Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy

Pharmacy residency (preferred)
