Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting of Northern Nassau County seeks a Lead Pest Control Technician to guide our field team, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold our values of leadership and transparency.

You’ll lead by example outdoors, manage scheduling and safety, and drive high-quality pest control and mosquito services for homeowners and businesses.

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in service-focused settings.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and hands-on problem solving.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Eye for detail and commitment to safety.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided).
• Enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance.
• Customer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, etc.).
• Passion for leading others and taking ownership of results.

Responsabilidades

As a Pest Hunters Technician, you’ll be the friendly face our clients trust. Your day will include:

• Lead a team of technicians in delivering outstanding pest and mosquito control services
