Job summary

Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting of Eastern Ocean County is seeking a part-time Pest Control Technician who thrives outdoors, is committed to customer happiness, and takes pride in building relationships while leading by example.

You’ll inspect properties, apply treatments with backpack sprayers, supervise teammates, help with scheduling and inventory, and communicate clearly to ensure clients are informed, satisfied, and loyal.

Qualifications

• Past leadership or supervisory experience in service industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians in delivering pest control services.
• Train new team members and reinforce safety practices.
• Drive to client homes and businesses for property inspections.
• Apply treatments using backpack sprayers and equipment.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support scheduling, route planning, and inventory management.
