Crunch Fitness is seeking a driven Certified Personal Training Manager to oversee the daily operations of the personal training program, lead and develop trainers, and uphold brand standards. This in-person role in Westland, MI requires NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM/NSCA certification, CPR/AED, and 2+ years of PT experience.

Formación

• Must hold a nationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Must have at least 2 years of Personal Training experience.
• Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and manage the personal training team.
• Oversee PT systems, revenue performance, and member satisfaction.
• Develop and manage weekly schedules; ensure accurate Time & Labor records.
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance and provide guidance.
• Support Membership Counselors with fitness and supplementation presentations to drive retention.
• Deliver personal training services, including customized fitness programs, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching.
• Build and maintain your own client base through consultations, kickoffs, and training sessions.
