Job summary

Life Time in Overland Park, KS seeks a PT Leader-2 to guide a team of fitness professionals and deliver top-tier Dynamic Personal Training experiences on the club floor.

You will train and coach staff, drive personal production, onboard new members, and coordinate scheduling, events, and programs while aligning with Life Time brand.

A hands-on player-coach role focused on client results and team growth, with responsibilities across sales, service, and education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR and AED.
• 2+ years of personal training experience; demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supports, develops, coaches, and mentors a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations.
• Responsible for the total experience and results of all clients.
• Be a Player-Coach by leading through Dynamic Personal Training and managing your own book of business.
• Oversees quality and consistency of products, services, and the fitness floor experience.
• Determine and implement strategies to meet productivity goals and drive department-wide improvements.
• Generate new clients and refer them to appropriate fitness professionals; ensure staff has necessary skills.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events.
• Complete scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for all programs and classes.
