Rack Law Group, PLLC, an Arizona personal injury firm in Phoenix, seeks a Personal Injury Trial Attorney with substantial civil litigation experience to join our expanding team. The role demands ownership of complex cases, strategic litigation, and aggressive advocacy from initial evaluation to settlement or verdict.

The ideal candidate will bring strong courtroom judgment, the ability to manage a full caseload, and a client-centered approach with clear, compassionate communication.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Arizona and in good standing.
• At least five years of civil litigation experience.
• First-chair jury trial experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from filing through settlement or trial.
• Evaluate potential claims, liability, damages, insurance coverage, and case value.
• Develop and execute comprehensive litigation and trial strategies.
• Draft complaints, pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions involving parties, witnesses, medical providers, and experts.
• Review and analyze medical records, accident reports, expert opinions, and other evidence.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers, defense counsel, and opposing parties.
• Represent clients during hearings, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Prepare witnesses, exhibits, experts, and case materials for trial.
• Maintain proactive and compassionate communication with clients throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, investigators, and medical experts.
• Ensure all cases are handled professionally, strategically, and in accordance with deadlines and ethical requirements.
