Job summary

Sweet James Accident Attorneys is seeking a Team Lead Attorney to run a pod of case managers in its pre-litigation practice. You will know every file, decide when a case is ready to demand, sign the demand, negotiate with the carrier, and guide client conversations toward favorable outcomes.

Experienced attorneys start by handling cases and grow with the team; this is a revenue-producing, client-facing role requiring leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to exceptional client service

Qualifications

Juris Doctor and active CA law license required.
Experience representing individual clients; PI or adjacent fields preferred.
Ability to lead a pod of attorneys and case managers.
Strong negotiation, client communication, and ethical judgment.
Familiarity with case management platforms (Salesforce, Filevine).

Responsibilities

Review every file on your pod and know the case, the client, and the type.
Judge demand readiness and sign the demand after review.
Negotiate with adjusters and explain results to the client.
Evaluate offers and decide next steps (treatment, policy, litigation, or bad faith).
Direct case managers on treatment plans and case flow.
Handle client conversations on offers and treatment recommendations.
Maintain daily cadence toward the pod revenue goals.
Keep pod files and data to the firm's hygiene standards.
