USPI Spicewood Surgery Center is looking for a motivated Charge Nurse to join our team. This role involves managing clinical operations and providing direct nursing care while leading our perioperative nursing team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in GI/endoscopy procedures is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to provide care in a high-acuity outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff in PreOp, OR, and PACU areas.
• Oversee daily clinical operations and patient assignments.
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure high-quality care.
