Job summary

Qualifications

• Current GPPSS performing arts teacher with Michigan teaching certification and endorsement.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to foster shared leadership and staff voice across grades 5–12 departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the ongoing development, review, and alignment of grades 5–12 performing arts curriculum.
• Plan department meetings that promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Serve as liaison between department staff and administration to communicate needs and recommendations.
