Fidelity Investments is seeking a Principal Performance Engineer for Fidelity Stock Transfer within Fidelity Labs. You will design and build high‑performing, scalable end‑to‑end systems, and lead performance initiatives across the stack.

The role requires strong Java development, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and experience with load testing tools. You will collaborate closely with SRE, frontend, and backend engineers to ensure production‑quality, observable software and smooth CI/CD integration.

Formación

• Deep hands-on experience delivering high‑performant services.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and RESTful APIs.
• Proven ability to improve production code with performance insights.
