Job summary

ETS Performance is seeking a Lead Performance Coach to design, implement, and lead training programs for athletes of varying ages and skill levels on-site in Edmond, OK. You will conduct individual and group sessions, assess performance, and tailor plans to sport demands while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You will mentor junior coaches, provide feedback to athletes and families, and support business growth initiatives in a fast-paced training environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and deliver individual and group training programs.
• Experience in strength & conditioning program design and progression.
• Ability to build client relationships and support growth initiatives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Certification such as CSCS or USA Weightlifting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and lead performance training programs for athletes of varying ages and levels.
• Assess athlete performance and tailor strength and conditioning plans to sport demands.
• Mentor junior coaches and provide clear feedback to athletes and families.
• Collaborate with coaches and staff to maintain training standards and safety.
• Represent ETS Performance in the local community and support business growth initiatives.
