Job summary

ONEX Constructors – Industrial Contractors seeks an experienced Jobsite Foreman to lead PEMB erection crews on industrial projects. You will plan daily work, enforce safety, and coordinate multiple crews to ensure high-quality installations.

The role requires deep PEMB knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to manage schedules, quality, and productivity on active construction sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading PEMB erection crews on industrial sites.
• Ability to read structural drawings and erection plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Safety-focused with OSHA standards familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise PEMB erection, sheeting, trim, and insulation installation.
• Coordinate daily activities: manpower, equipment, materials, and plans.
• Oversee steel erection sequencing and safety practices.
• Inspect work and ensure compliance with specs and manufacturer requirements.
• Track crew hours, productivity, and material usage.
• Communicate progress with the Project Superintendent and Manager.
