Pediatric Associates in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Full-time Outpatient Pediatrician Lead to join our team. You will provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, lead clinician associates, and ensure high-quality pediatric care with a patient-centered approach.

The role includes leadership responsibilities, no on-call schedule, newborn rounding rotation at Bethesda Hospital, and use of the eClinical Works EMR. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred to support diverse families.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and Pediatrics residency completed.
• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics within five years.
• Current Florida medical license or ability to obtain.
• DEA license or ability to obtain in Florida; BLS required; PALS as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in outpatient setting.
• Supervise clinician associates and foster teamwork.
• Lead recruitment and engagement of new clinicians.
• Communicate organization mission and policies.
• Oversee practice operations with no on-call schedule.
