Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and guidelines outlined by SLP in charge.
• Arrive on time and stay with the Bloom cohort per daily schedule.
• Assist with morning and afternoon carpool and provide leadership during centers/activities.
• Help manage behavior using positive behavior support as directed by the Bloom Therapeutic Team.
• Prepare materials for group therapy sessions, centers, or activities as directed by SLP.
• Assist with data-taking and facilitation of play skills and peer interaction during activities.
