Qualifications

• Current Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license.

• Ability to supervise and mentor other clinicians and trainees.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately three to six clinicians with regular one-on-one meetings and ongoing clinical support.
• Maintain a clinical caseload while supporting team development and performance reviews.
• Coordinate schedules, supervision, and coverage; ensure high-quality patient care and documentation.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in the EMR according to clinic processes.
