Job summary

Pediatric Associates in Lakeland, FL seeks a Full-Time Outpatient Pediatrician to join our team as the office lead. The role offers a 4‑day work week with a mix of clinical care and administrative responsibilities.

Candidates should have an MD or DO, completed pediatrics residency, and active Florida licensure. BLS is required and PALS may be required for hospital appointments. Relocation and sign-on bonuses are available.

Education, Licensure & Certification:

• M.D. or D.O. degree required
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post‑graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment
