Children's Therapy of Woodinville is seeking a full-time Lead Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our established outpatient pediatric clinic serving children and families in Northwest King County. Our team values teamwork, creativity in treatment, and building strong relationships to support meaningful progress.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced pediatric PT who enjoys mentoring others, strengthening clinical programs, and shaping the future of a growing therapy

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Washington or in process.
• Minimum of five years of pediatric physical therapy experience.
• Experience in leadership, mentoring, or supervision.
• Experience treating infants through adolescents in outpatient pediatrics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for mentoring clinicians and contributing to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Pediatric PT team through mentorship and guidance.
• Manage a caseload of ~30–33 visits per week plus admin time for documentation and program development.
• Participate in weekly leadership meetings with clinic management.
• Develop and refine clinical systems, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate on quality improvement, therapist development, and strategic planning.
