Job summary

Honeybee Hires in Bothell, WA is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist to join a seasoned pediatric team in a beautiful, patient-centered clinic. You will mentor staff, develop procedures with leadership, and deliver high-quality therapy while collaborating with families and other disciplines.

The role offers full-time hours (40/wk) with 75% caseload and 25% lead responsibilities, plus a salary of $90k–$100k and an onboarding with CEUs.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum as a PT (3+ years in pediatrics strongly preferred).
• Experience working with ADHD and autism.
• Experience working with infants; comfortable with plagiocephaly and torticollis.

Responsibilities

• Mentor the PT team, review documentation, conduct evaluations, provide therapy, and support new PTs through onboarding.
