Merced County is seeking an Occupational/Physical Therapist to manage pediatric therapy programs, ensuring compliance with CCS guidelines. You will supervise therapists and aides, coordinate with state and public agencies, and contribute to policy development and budget management.

The role requires licensure in California and experience in clinical pediatric therapy, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Formación

• Must hold a valid California license to practice as an Occupational or Physical Therapist.
• Experience in pediatric therapy, preferably with cerebral palsy or similar conditions.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with agencies and departments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the therapy program within mandated California CCS guidelines.
• Coordinate activities with CCS and other agencies.
• Assist with program budget, revenue and reimbursement processes.
• Supervise and evaluate therapists, aides and clerks in the unit.
• Develop and update program policies and procedures for the medical therapy unit.
