Qualifications
- 3 years of registered nurse clinical experience.
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
- RN license in Virginia or eligibility to practice in Virginia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily outpatient clinical operations and staffing.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to maximize patient outcomes.
- Provide training and mentorship to outpatient staff.
- Delegate patient care activities and monitor assignments.
- Advocate for patients' rights and resolve conflicts.
- Document patient care activities per standards.
