Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of dental or healthcare office management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop clinical and administrative teams.
• Experience with practice operations, staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support all office team members to deliver an exceptional patient and family experience.
• Oversee day-to-day practice operations, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows.
• Develop, train, coach, and support team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
• Manage staffing schedules and resolve coverage or scheduling challenges as needed.
• Help drive office performance by monitoring KPIs, supporting practice goals, and promoting a collaborative team environment.
• Partner with providers and leaders to support operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and practice growth.
• Improve patient satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem resolution.
• Ensure accurate billing, payment processing, payroll support, and administrative operations.
• Maintain accurate orthodontic treatment records, patient charts, and clinical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
• Manage office supply inventory, vendor relationships, equipment needs, and administrative resources.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the office.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
