Job summary

Adaptive Minds in Las Vegas is seeking a Lead Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to launch and lead our new OT department. You will provide direct clinical care while building the program from the ground up, shaping service delivery, and collaborating with an established ABA team.

You will conduct evaluations, develop evidence-based plans, and guide sensory processing, motor development, self-care, and daily living.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Nevada or eligible for licensure.
• OTR/L credential.
• Experience with pediatric therapy and ASD.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Interest in leadership and program development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric OT evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide therapy targeting sensory processing, motor development, self-care, and daily living.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the child’s clinical team.
• Partner with parents to help skills carry over into daily life.
• Shape OT programming, clinical workflows, and documentation standards.
• Participate in future growth and hiring of the OT team.
• Track outcomes and continuously improve service quality.
