The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotational call, a competitive salary with production bonuses, a $30k sign-on, relocation support, and a comprehensive benefits package with CME allowance and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• ABMS board-certified pediatric endocrinologist.
• Minimum 5 years of pediatric endocrinology experience.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pediatric endocrinology team and oversee clinical operations.
• Collaborate with diabetes educators, NPs, and dietitian to optimize patient care.
• Develop and implement pediatric endocrinology protocols and care pathways.
