Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. seeks a Chemo CPOE Informatics Pharmacist to lead the implementation and optimization of chemotherapy CPOE systems. This role combines clinical pharmacy, informatics, and pediatric oncology expertise to ensure safe ordering, administration, and documentation for children.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and IT teams, providing training, monitoring system performance, and contributing to continuous quality improvements in pediatric chemotherapy care.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with Pharm.D. and AZ license or eligibility.
• PGY1/PGY2 pediatric residency preferred.
• Minimum three years clinical pharmacy in acute/primary care.
• Board certification in pediatric pharmacy or Oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of chemotherapy CPOE in collaboration with IT and clinical staff.
• Ensure pediatric oncology protocols, dosing, and drug interactions are accurately represented.
• Provide education and training to clinicians on the chemotherapy CPOE system.
• Monitor safety, perform data reviews, and drive quality improvements in chemotherapy ordering.
