Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including supervision (2+ years)
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and payroll integrations
• Proven expertise in California payroll law and multi-state compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Finance preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees on a semi-monthly cycle using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead payroll team, provide mentoring and performance oversight.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including wage/hour requirements.
• Coordinate payroll integrations with HRIS, Finance, and timekeeping systems.
