Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/leadership experience in a related role.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of pawned items (tools, jewelry, electronics, etc.) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processing loans and extensions.
• Negotiating terms for pawned items to reach mutual agreement.
• Opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervising and coaching store Team Members.
