Job summary

Adcamp Inc. is seeking a Paving or Milling Foreman to lead field operations in Flowood, MS. The role directs the paving/milling crew, ensures production targets, quality standards, and schedules are met, while coordinating with management and plant dispatch.

The position requires at least 5 years in asphalt paving or milling and 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong communication and safety focus are essential for success on commercial, industrial, and federal projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asphalt paving or milling operations.
• At least 2 years of proven leadership experience in a supervisory or crew lead role.
• Ability to operate asphalt paving and milling equipment when necessary to support the team.
• Strong proficiency in interpreting project plans, specifications, and grade stakes for accuracy.
• Solid communication and organizational skills for coordinating with contractors and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily paving or milling operations, including layout, material delivery, and crew assignments.
• Direct field activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and project schedules are met.
• Enforce all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements.
• Communicate material needs and production schedules with plant dispatch and project management.
• Complete daily production reports, timesheets, and equipment inspection logs accurately.
• Mentor and develop crew members with real-time feedback for career growth.
