• Assisting patients with ADLs, mobility, vital signs, specimen collection, and telemetry monitoring
• Documenting patient care and communicating updates to the nursing team
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following infection prevention practices and ensuring supplies are stocked
• Respond to patient needs through regular rounds and compassionate communication
• Train new staff and share updates on policies and quality initiatives
