Qualifications

• BCLS certification obtained within 30 days of start date.
• CNA credential required to start.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs, mobility, and comfort; monitor vitals and telemetry as needed.
• Document patient care accurately and communicate updates to the nursing team.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following infection prevention practices and ensuring supplies are available.
• Respond to patient needs with compassionate communication and regular rounding.
• Assist in training new team members and sharing policy/quality updates.
