Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of patient care experience.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs, mobility and comfort; monitor vital signs; collect specimens; prepare for procedures; monitor telemetry as needed.
• Document patient care accurately and communicate updates to the nursing team for coordinated care.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following infection prevention practices and ensuring supplies are ready.
• Respond to patient needs through regular rounding and compassionate communication.
• Train new team members and share updates on policies and quality initiatives.
