HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital is seeking a Lead Patient Care Tech to join our nursing team and deliver compassionate, hands-on care. You will guide and mentor staff, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support advanced procedures while promoting patient comfort and safety.

With a focus on infection control and teamwork, you will help ensure timely care, document updates for the nursing team, and participate in staff training and quality improvement initiatives within our 180+-bed

Qualifications

• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and telemetry as needed.
• Document care and communicate updates to nursing staff.
• Support infection prevention and maintain clean environment.
• Train new staff on policies and quality initiatives.
