Job summary

Upperline Health is seeking a Lead Patient Care Coordinator for our Huntsville, AL clinic to oversee front desk operations and care coordination with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

You will be responsible for daily clinic coverage, staff recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring adherence to scheduling cadences while monitoring KPIs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator.
• Podiatry or Orthopedic clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Previous experience working in an EMR – preferably athenahealth EMR.
• Must be an effective communicator with excellent grammar and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in delivering comprehensive health services in the clinic setting.
• Lead the clinic with a range of clinical and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement key initiatives.
• Monitor clinic key performance indicators and staffing needs.
• Oversee patient enrollment, engagement, scheduling, and patient experience.
