Upperline Health is seeking an energetic Lead Patient Care Coordinator for our Hixson, TN clinic. The role supports physicians and leads a range of clinical and administrative tasks to ensure excellent patient care in the clinic setting.
Ideal candidates have podiatry or orthopedic understanding, strong EMR skills (Athenahealth preferred), and a proven record of effective team leadership and superb communication. Occasional travel to nearby clinics may be required.

Ideal candidates will have podiatry or orthopedic understanding.
