Qualifications

• Experience coordinating patient scheduling and care pathways is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staff and provider needs for new and returning patients.
• Promote marketing initiatives, outreach events, and morale activities.
• Build relationships to generate business and ROI; support company initiatives.
• Demonstrate mastery of coordination skills described for Healthcare Impact roles.
• Maintain office compliance rates under 13%.
• Review daily office schedule and MD openings; manage new/reactivated patients.
• Capture how patients heard about us and assess their conditions.
• Coordinate with providers to determine best co-treatment plans.
• Review external medical records and ensure timely care coordination.
• Plan care with providers to ensure prompt coordination; verify back-office uploads.
• Discuss and confirm payment arrangements for new/reactivated patients.
• Tour potential patients around the clinic to create excitement for treatments.
• Communicate treatment plans; explain insurance policies and MD services.
• Escalate issues to the Senior Operations Manager as needed.
