• 1 year knowledge of Epic applications.
• 6 months familiarity with basic financial clearance functions.
• 6 months coursework in team building, facilitating teams, process improvement, conflict resolution, etc.
• Experience with MEDITECH system.

Preferred Qualifications

• Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA).
• Upon hire: Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS).

Pay Range

Pay Range: $19.17 - $29.34. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
