A leading healthcare provider in Boardman seeks a Lead Patient Access Service Representative to ensure efficient patient registration and support staff in a dynamic environment. This role involves mentoring, coordinating departmental needs, and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare registration and customer service, along with proficiency in relevant software.
Part Time (24 hours per week)
Primarily 11:00am to 11:00pm Every Saturday and Sunday
Onsite for Registration
The Lead Patient Access Service Representative coordinates, with guidance provided by the Supervisor, the daily and/or assigned workload distribution of clerical, systems, and systems downtime needs of the Admitting/Access department. This role includes active mentoring of staff to ensure timely and accurate data collection. Secondary functions include supporting staff absences.
