Your Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, assist with food programs, and lead shifts to gain management experience. Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Ensure regular onsite attendance. Engage with customers and work with a motivated team to accomplish daily tasks.

You Are Good At: Selling products, providing excellent customer care, communicating effectively, working quickly and collaboratively, problem-solving, thinking on your feet, leading a team, and supervising entry-level staff.

Great If You Have: Retail and customer service experience, entry-level management experience, sales or cashiering background, high school diploma or equivalent, motivation for career growth, willingness to learn and enjoy work.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours, lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly, occasionally lift up to 60 pounds, push/pull with 20 pounds force, bend/twist, grasp/reach/manipulate objects, and climb ladders as needed.

Hiring Range: $16.66
