Primary Function
Responsible for assisting the Supervisors and Manager with the management of Patient Access Services. The incumbent is responsible for staff training, workflow prioritization, quality reviews, overseeing daily department activities, and user support for computer applications.

Job Qualifications and Specifications
High school diploma and 5 years of experience as a Registration Representative or equivalent are required. Working knowledge of medical terminology and strong written and oral communication skills are required. Experience with computer applications, staff training, and development of educational materials is necessary. Spreadsheet and word processing applications are preferred.
