Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works under minimal supervision and performs varied, moderately complex duties.
• Applies advanced skills in area of specialization.
• May adapt procedures, techniques, tools and materials to meet special needs.
• May assist in orienting, training and checking the work of other Partners.
• Oversees production flow and quality for new and existing retail customers.
• Oversees shifts, lunches and breaks; orders ingredients; maintains sanitation.
• Supports and maintains food safety, sanitation and Operational Excellence initiatives.
