The Creamery Co. is a busy bakery and café dedicated to high-quality baked goods. We’re seeking an experienced Baker to manage daily production for our café and wholesale customers, with a focus on consistency and food safety.

You will join a collaborative team, bake a wide range of items, and help develop seasonal offerings while maintaining fast-paced efficiency and product quality.

Qualificações

• Previous professional baking experience required (2+ years preferred).
• Experience working in a commercial bakery or café is a plus.
• Strong understanding of baking techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Early morning, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, muffins, scones, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
• Ensure products meet quality, appearance, and consistency standards.
• Mix, shape, bake, decorate, and finish products as needed.
• Follow daily production schedules while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Properly rotate, label, and store ingredients and finished products.
• Monitor inventory and communicate ingredient or supply needs.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with training new team members when needed.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to ensure daily production goals are met.
• Help develop new recipes and seasonal menu items.
