The leader will develop leaders, build healthy ministry systems, and engage the surrounding community through discipleship and mission, partnering with staff, volunteers, and city initiatives.

Qualifications

• Meets biblical leadership qualifications (1 Tim 3, Titus 1).
• Strong spiritual maturity, emotional health, integrity, humility.
• Solid biblical/theological foundation with Kingdom theology and Vineyard distinctives.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, pastoral leadership, biblical teaching, and strategic direction.
