Qualifications

• Degree in pastoral ministry or related area required.
• Ordained (or willing to be) by The Christian and Missionary Alliance.

Responsibilities

• Shepherd congregation and provide godly leadership.
• Lead and empower staff and volunteers to fulfill ministry goals.
• Oversee global missions involvement and community engagement.
• Speak and teach in weekend services and smaller groups.
