• Character rooted in vibrant faith in Jesus as Lord.
• In full agreement with the church’s Statement of Faith.
• Gospel-centered ministry with unity and pastoral shepherding.
• Flexible on age, education, work experience, and denominational background.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pastor will join a team of elders, moving into leadership as first among equals.
• Preach the lion’s share on Sundays and emphasize biblical exposition.
• Provide soul care to church members and oversee staff rhythms and activities.
• Collaborate with other area churches and associations while pursuing unity in the Spirit.
