Living Hope Church in Springfield, MO seeks a Lead Pastor to relaunch and shepherd a multiplying, Spirit-led community. The role starts part-time (20–25 hrs/week) with Sundays required and potential growth as the church expands.

The ideal candidate preaches faithfully, leads with humility, and loves people, with a calling mindset and readiness to oversee finances, operations, and volunteer development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ministry, theology, or related field; M.Div. preferred.
• Experience preaching, teaching, and pastoral care; capable of leading a church plant.
• Ability to lead and serve in a flexible, Spirit-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead as shepherd and church planter, relaunch Living Hope Church.
• Preach Gospel-centered sermons and lead worship with volunteers.
• Administer ordinances, oversee weddings and funerals.
• Rebuild engagement, reach new families, foster mission-minded culture.
• Provide pastoral care: visiting, counseling, mentoring.
• Foster prayer, worship, Scripture-based discipleship, community.
