Job description

We are seeking a Pastor for our small rural church in the country. We drive through cow pastures to get to church and welcome everyone in a come as you are atmosphere. We currently only have an 11:00 Sunday morning service and small very small Sunday school classes. We really are not looking to change this setting until God leads the proper person. We do not offer a parsonage. We do try to offer a competitive salary for our average 45-50 person Sunday sermons.
