Grace Baptist Church in Rogers, Arkansas, is seeking a faithful and Spirit-led Senior Pastor to preach God’s Word and shepherd our loving congregation.

With an active attendance of 130–180, our church is committed to biblical truth and discipleship. We seek a leader with at least 3 years of pastoral experience and a Master of Divinity degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Meets the biblical standards of 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
• Aligns with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).
• Minimum of 3 years of Head/Senior Pastor experience.

Qualifications:

• Meets the biblical standards of 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1, and aligns with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).
• Minimum of 3 years of Head/Senior Pastor experience (10 years within Southern Baptist‑aligned churches preferred).
• Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent seminary degree preferred.
• Strong preaching, interpersonal, and vision‑casting skills to engage a multigenerational church.
