Ciocca Ford of Red Lion is seeking a motivated Parts Manager to lead our parts department for both retail and wholesale customers. You will manage inventory, supervise counter staff, and drive department profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive parts management experience preferred.
• 2 years of automotive parts sales experience required.
• Leadership and team supervision experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the parts department for retail and wholesale customers.
• Manage parts inventory and track all expenses.
• Train and supervise all parts counter staff to meet department goals.
• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
• Hire, train, motivate, and monitor department staff performance.
• Ensure incoming inventory is stocked in correct locations and levels.
• Maintain inventory in line with department requirements.
