You will review work, train analysts, and directly prepare complex statements while driving process improvements and coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop analysts to build subject-matter expertise.
• Review participation statements for accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements in reporting workflows.
• Escalate complex deal structures and inquiries to Legal, Finance, and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Review participation statements prepared by analysts to ensure accuracy, contractual compliance, and adherence to departmental standards.
• Prepare participation statements as needed.
• Interpret and assess contracts for participations subject-related matter.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex deal structures, participant inquiries, and internal questions from Legal, Finance, and Accounting.
• Train, coach, and develop analysts, providing technical guidance and helping build subject-matter expertise across the team.
• Lead analysts through issue resolution, statement corrections, and interpretation of participation agreements.
• Test and implement process improvements, efficiency, and standardization.
• Responsible for special projects and ad hoc analysis as requested.
