Job summary

The Gorge Amphitheatre in Washington is seeking a Parking Manager to lead all parking and traffic operations for a logistically complex venue. You will plan, coordinate, and execute traffic control strategies from county roads through on-site parking, pedestrian flow, and post-event egress, supervising field teams in a remote outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in parking operations, traffic operations, or comparable event leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work long outdoor shifts in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Own the traffic plan from county roads to parking lots, including ingress and egress strategies.
• Coordinate traffic flow on county roads, venue access routes, and internal roadways.
• Manage all parking-related equipment and inventory and ensure proper usage.
• Lead ingress and egress operations during peak arrival and departure windows.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule, supervise parking staff and conduct debriefs.
• Serve as escalation point for parking and traffic-related guest concerns.
• Collaborate with Venue Operations, Security, Campground Operations, Transportation.
