Job summary

Sugarbush Resort is seeking a Lead Parking Attendant to oversee daily parking operations and staff, primarily at the Lincoln Peak lot. You will supervise attendants, coordinate with security, and ensure safe traffic flow for guests and employees.

The role requires 2–3 years in ski area operations with supervisory experience, a valid license, and a strong customer-service focus. Weekend work is a must, with seasonal full/part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with valid motor vehicle license.
• MVR background check required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, college preferred.
• 2-3 years of ski area operations or parking experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Good understanding of ebb and flow of traffic patterns associated with a ski area.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the parking lots and parking staff, focusing on the Lincoln Peak lot.
• Lead teams of parking attendants and jitney drivers; maintain safe, efficient traffic flow.
• Monitor cleanliness of parking lot and vehicles.
• Coordinate with security for intersection service.
• Complete weekly staffing schedules, plan trainings, and evaluate performance.
• Communicate clearly and calmly in fast paced situations.
